2. User Accounts and Access

To use the Services, you may need to register for an account and authorize us to connect to your Facebook account or Facebook Advertising Account via the Facebook Login or Facebook Marketing API. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You acknowledge that by granting authorization, we may access certain data from your Facebook account (e.g., advertising account info, ad performance data) solely for the purpose of providing the Services, and in full compliance with Facebook’s Platform Policies and Data Use Guidelines.

3. Data Use and Privacy

We may collect and process data generated through your use of the Services, including but not limited to advertising account information, ad content, performance data, and user behavior. We will use and protect such data in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Services, including text, software, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content created by you using the Services, such as advertisements or reports, remains your property or that of your clients, subject to our limited rights to provide the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
